On error page to trigger an e-mail back home

Hi,

My site is working fine and I have custom error page, which comes up when there is a problem that states the usual reassuring words that the problem will be looked into etc.

How can I code it so that when the error message does show up, it automatically sends me an e-mail which either simply alerts me there is a problem, or more importantly, gives me a copy of the server error and copy of the stack trace, so that I can begin to try and resolve the issue.

I'm sure this is a standard thing, but I just can't find where it goes in or the exact syntax. All help is greatly appreciated, even just referring URL's.

Tia

Try the following. I've not yet given it a go, but if you find it works, let us know!.

I got the code and will try it tomorrow, I'm supposed to be working right now, so don't want to open all my programs (I don't have that much ram on this unit). I'll definitely get back to you on it however :-)

Thanks Groggy (I'm in Sydney, where you at?)...
