Currently sitting in an office block in Victoria - sirens and helicopters
everywhere...
so far so good... still trying to track some people down... phones out etc..

In times like these, the emergency services comandeer a fair bit of
bandwidth from the mobile phone networks, and a lot of large corporates shut
down their phone systems to prevent the possibility of pre-planted bombs
being set off this way...
